What should I know about Hiking Jamaica?

Situated in just about the center of the Caribbean Sea, just south of Cuba, Jamaica is a great place to head for an off-season (for the Northern Hemisphere) hiking adventure.

Boasting five different trails that lead throughout the scenic little spot, there are no shortage of great views and amazing sights to see, such as the waterfall.

Combining nature with a bit of the island’s culture and history is also another popular option. HEading for a day-hike through the island’s coffee plantations is a great way to see more of the incredible highland scenery as well as learn a bit about the forces that forged modern Jamaica.
