Description
Situated in the heart of the Spanish Pyrenees, the scenic Tena Valley is the perfect place to head for a 2-day rock climbing course!
Depending on the level of the group, there are plenty of incredible spots for us to climb. Whether you want to make a modest ascent up a craggy peak or hone your skills on something a bit tougher, we’ve got you covered.
For beginners, we can go over all of the basics of climbing, while making some great ascents along the way. Expect to learn about the assembly and reinforcement of anchors, knots and abseiling, among many other useful rock climbing skills.
For more advanced climbers, we can choose the perfect route to hone existing skills and make an ascent of the various peaks in this picturesque glacially carved valley.
Regardless of your level and where we climb, we’ll be certain to enjoy stunning views and high-quality climbing on pristine crags and walls.

Alfredo is a professional mountaineer and guide, very friendly and had far better English than our Spanish! Provided all the equipment needed and he has excellent local knowledge. We were a mixed family group and he put us all at ease making everyone feel confident with great safety and clear tuition. We cannot recommend Alfredo highly enough, this guy lives and breaths climbing and it was a pleasure to spend the day with him - we all had a great time and will be back again for sure!

Alfredo was an excellent guide - very helpful and flexible in organising our ascent of the Pic du Midi d'Ossau, set pace and technical level perfectly for our group (father and two teenage children) on the way up, and very good company on the way down :-)
