Are you looking to discover and enjoy some of the best climbing near Barcelona and around the Catalan Pyrenees?
Then this 7-day climbing camp in Coll de Merolla is for you. Planning a solo climbing trip can feel intimidating, especially since climbing typically requires a partner to belay. It’s frustrating to think you might miss out on a perfect climbing day just because you don’t have someone to climb with—especially when others around you are enjoying classic routes on Spain’s legendary rock. That’s where our climbing camps come in. We offer a supportive environment, experienced climbing guides, and a welcoming community of climbers to ensure you’re never alone on the wall.
An easy train ride away from Barcelona, you won't have to take care of anything during the camp, just enjoy the climbing! We will take care of the logistics and transportation every day to different crags in the region. Potential spots include Ogassa, Malanyeu, and our favorite—Montgrony. And every night, we will drive back to sleep and enjoy some home made meals in Refugio Coll de Merolla, an emblematic spot for climbers in Catalunya. We even have a boulder room in the refuge!
Join us for an unforgettable climbing camp in Catalunya! With endless rolling peaks, breathtaking sunsets, and access to some of the finest crags in Europe, the region is a true paradise for climbers. Whether you're into steep, athletic routes on tufa, fun juggy climbs for beginners, or scenic moderate long routes, our camp offers a rich variety of climbing experiences. Expect incredible routes, good company, and memories that will last a lifetime.

Mountain Guide
I have been an IFMGA mountain guide for 25 years. I am also a passionate climber and have coached the Spanish National Climbing team. I work together with a team of certified mountain and rock climbing guides. If I'm not available to guide you, one of them will take great care of you!
Based in the Catalan Pyrenees and Montserrat, I know everyone in the climbing world in this area. After many years in the business, I still enjoy climbing, mountaineering and ski mountaineering in winter.

Albert was a great guide - friendly, patient with our child who joined, and chose gorgeous climbs to try at Montserrat! I appreciated his knowledge about the geology and history of the hermitages. We had a beautiful day.

We had an absolutely amazing time in Montserrat with Toti. He is very experienced and professional in every aspect and I feel that I've learned more on this trip than I did in any other rock climbing course I've taken before. Among others, he gave a lot of useful tips on how to efficiently climb a dihedral or a slab and was generally very supportive and encouraging.
