Description

The Jacques-Cartier National Park lies at 50 kilometers north of Quebec City. This stunning park was created as an effort to protect the wildlife that inhabits the Laurentian massif. And on this 3-days cross-country skiing expedition, we’ll explore its most beautiful parts

This private expedition on nordic backcountry skis is the perfect way to unveil all the beauty the Jacques-Cartier National Park guards. An expert and certified guide would accompany you and your group exclusively. So you’ll be guided through thrilling and untracked paths that cross its most dazzling areas and peaks.

There itinerary we propose is open for suggestions. But the main idea is to ski around 20 kilometers the first 2 days, and 10 kilometers on the last one. We’ll depart from Montreal or Quebec City towards the entrance of the Jacques-Cartier National Park. Upon arrival, we’ll cover the first kilometers which will let us get familiar with the gear and the displacement techniques.

Thereon, we can follow the mesmerizing trails that lead to Voie du Bucheron, or the Rivière à l’Épaule area, amongst many other splendid places. And each night, we’ll stay at an enchanting and cozy refuge, to recover our energies and get ready for the adventures to come.

Please note our activities will take place in low temperatures. Therefore, make sure you bring the adequate winter clothes, along with a bottle of water and snacks.

If you are up for this incredible cross-country skiing adventure, don’t hesitate. Just send us a request, and let one of our guides take you to this fantastic place.

Guide cancelled within 48 hrs and I was unable to find someone else and so far I’ve not been refunded. Put a small dent in my otherwise great trip to Revelstoke.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
