Description

Take part in a thrilling 6-hour hike among the majestic views of the Tijuca Forest National Park.

Our trail begins at the Bom Retiro, and will last for approximately 2 hours, while enjoying wonderful views of the majority of the Tijuca Forest.

During our trip we’ll stop off at some of the best landmarks, including the Vista Chinesa, the monumental Maracana Stadium, the cascading waters of the Cascatinha Taunay Waterfall, which is the largest in Rio, and Guanabara Bay.

The hike hugs the edges of the hills that slightly incline during the route.

We’ll reach the summit of the Tijuca Mirim Peak and capture unrivalled panoramas of the city of Rio.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
