Description
Long considered one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean, St. Lucia is home to some beautiful beaches, rain forest, wild life and more. However, one of the island’s most famous sights are The Pitons, and on this full day trip, we would like to guide you to the very top of the Gros Piton.
Rising to an altitude of 2,619 feet, the Gros Piton, which is joined by the Petit Piton, is like a majestic natural crown on the western coast of St. Lucia.
When you reach the top of the Gros Piton you will get to gaze far into the sensational water of the Caribbean Sea. You will also get to admire a huge portion of St. Lucia as well. Some examples of what you’ll get to see include Soufriere, which is where the trek begins, Vieux Fort, Choiseul, the Maria Islands and the island of St. Vincent.
The hike to the top of the Gros Piton is both safe and adventurous. The views throughout the hike are incredible. And while the ascent can be steep at points, it is not very difficult. Hence why no prior experience is required to enjoy this trip. However, participants should be in good physical condition.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
