Description
Looking for an exciting and demanding canyoning adventure? You have come to the right place. Follow me on this program in the Rinconcillo Canyon near Güéjar Sierra in Granada.
Situated near Güejar Sierra in the province of Granada, Rinconcillo Canyon is a short but very intense canyon. It is surrounded by a gorgeous natural area not usually visited in the Sierra Nevada and offers a fantastic opportunity for advanced canyoners.
The day before the excursion, you will arrive at Güejar Sierra and go to our accommodation. On the following day, we will depart at 8 am to the Riconcillo Canyon and finish the activity around 3 pm, to head back to Güejar Sierra.
Regarding the level of difficulty, keep in mind that Rinconcillo is not for beginners. So, it is very important to have prior canyoning experience and a very good level of fitness.

About the guide

Mountain Leader
I have been practicing mountain activities since I was a child, with my family. Since then it has been my passion and now it is my job. I have been working as a mountain guide for 20 years in Sierra Nevada and in the natural parks that surround Granada.
In winter I offer ski classes for all levels and off-piste skiing, ski touring and snowshoeing, guiding you along the best routes in the region. In the summer I offer canyoning and trekking in Sierra Nevada.
I hold the official degrees to guide you in each of the activities that I offer, with the AEGM, UIMLA and ISIA certifications. In addition, I have a strong sports knowledge as a Bachelor of Science in Physical Activity and Sport.
