We’ll take you on yet another enjoyable trip along the beautiful shores of Table Bay near Cape Town in South Africa. Witness breathtaking views of the Table Mountain, Signal Hill, the 12 Apostles as you Kayak on this half-day trip.

Table Bay is located on the south-east coast of South Africa next to Cape Town. Surrounded by the stunning Table mountain, the bay sits on the South-Atlantic Ocean.

We’ll set on this adventure in an authentic handmade kayak and off we go!

The first spot on the way is the Green Point Lighthouse. This is an active lighthouse which has been in use since 1824. Painted in red and white stripes, the architectural marvel looks spectacular. Here you’ll also see the Lion’s Head. Next in line is the shipwreck of RMS Athens. The ship was destroyed in a hurricane in 1865 and serves as a popular spot for divers.

The ocean is home to playful Dolphins and if you are lucky, you’ll be able to spot a few. Penguins and seals are some other species found here. Finally, we’ll head back to Table Bay after having spent a spectacular day.

You are going to have a lot of fun on this trip. Well suited for kids above 6 years, get ready to have fun with your complete family. As you might get wet during the trip, it is recommended to wear clothes which dry quickly.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice. On the day head to take another group but he quickly arranged another guide Borut, who was brilliant. We had a fantastic morning learning via ferrata at Hvadnik in the gorge.
