Our starting point will be at Saas Grund, located in the canton of Valais in Switzerland. After a relaxing night at the L’étolile Hotel, we’ll start ascending. Along the way, we’ll explore other spectacular mountains as well like Weissmies (4,023 m) and Alphubel (4,206 m). Then, we will spend the night in some of the best mountain huts of the region. Night at the refugee.
I started climbing at a very young age and have visited almost every massif in the world. I find I'm just as comfortable on the ridges of the Alps as on the walls of the Pyrenees.
I have climbed 9 eight-thousanders in my life but still find pleasure and excitement in long treks and the ascent of 6000+-meter peaks of Nepal and Pakistan.
