Description
Join me on an adventurous mountain biking day tour in the beautiful Canary Islands. There are so many great trails here in Tenerife and I can help tailor your perfect trip according to what you’re looking for and your level.
To start, I’ll pick you up in the morning from the Southside of the island and we’ll travel together to the routes. Most of the trails take you along both gravel and through forests. There will be steep uphills to put your fitness to the test and tricky downhills which will require your concentration.
The scenery along the way is spectacular and varied. I’ll also be on hand the whole time to help you improve your technique and to offer tips to make sure you have a fun, safe time. We’ll round off the day with a nice cool drink and you’ll be back in your hotel by the afternoon. All in all, it’s a great day out.
Some of the great trails on offer:
Vilaflor
This is a light to medium difficulty trail and takes you through pine forests and around volcanic landscapes. it also includes a nice long descent.
Esperanza
Set in the lush Esperanza Forest, this is a pure intermediate route with some steep uphill sections and an epic winding downhill finish.
Volcanos
As the name suggests, this trail is set around the Volcano Chinyero and has challenging uphills and technically difficult descent. This is an advanced route.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
