Bring your family along and join us on this great multi-adventure program, rock climbing and rappeling in Adeje, Tenerife. This adventure is suitable for people of all ages and physical levels and you don’t need any previous experience.
We have thought of this multi-adventure for the whole family as a plan to enjoy for four hours in one of the most wonderful ravines on the island. You will be fascinated taking in the magnitude of the spectacular nature in this area in Tenerife.
We will introduce you to two exciting sports! During this day, you will be learning how to climb on natural rock and rappeling in maximum security. Our experienced guides will teach you how to descend from walls with harness, helmet, ropes and special shoes. You will be amazed when we enter the thousand-year-old canyons of Tenerife!
This mini adventure is a very simple introduction into rock climbing and rappeling, but at the same time, it is a fun and adrenaline-filled experience. Our pet V, a small all-terrain poodle, will accompany us in this adventure.

The total time of the activity is around 4 hours.
Our climbing tours run all year round, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
You need to bring comfortable hiking or tennis shoes and a sweatshirt. This activity is suitable for all levels, no previous experience is necessary.
