We invite you to join us on an exciting outdoor activity adventure, suitable for the whole family! We will take you to a natural rock climbing area in Adeje, in the souwthwestern part of Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, where we will teach you the sport climbing technique.
Have you always been fascinated by climbing but never knew where to take a course or verify your level? Then this proposal is just what you were looking for, even if you are climbing for the first time. You will be amazed by how fun and thrilling this sport is.
Rock climbing is for everyone! People of all ages and physical levels can join us. Women and children have it even easier, as when they climb they usually use their feet much better than men. It does not matter if on your first climb you are able to climb 5 or 20 meters: we guarantee you will enjoy an exciting rush of adrenaline, always in maximum safety.
Climbing is an optimal therapy to relieve daily stress in a totally natural environment, surrounded by wonderful landscapes. In addition, we will be accompanied by our pet V, a small all-terrain poodle.

Our climbing tours run all year round, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
You need to bring comfortable hiking or tennis shoes and a sweatshirt. This activity is suitable for all levels, no previous experience is necessary.
