Peonera Superior (Sierra de Guara) canyoning trip

There are few spectacular descents in the Sierra de Guara as the Peonera Superior. Although it is little visited by the tourists of the area, this canyon offers everything we can demand to a good canyoning experience: turquoise waters, great rock passages, a wild and spectacular landscape and a unique return route.

To reach the start of the Peonera Superior we must walk just 45 minutes. At the beginning we will decide whether to walk along a rocky ridge or through a dry ravine with a rappel of about 10 meters. Although this canyon is not long, it allows to enjoy enough time of a unique landscape in solitude.

Multiple incredible places await us to enjoy a picnic and stretch our muscles taking advantage of the sun. Before starting the way back by the spectacular Ordio trail, we will fill the bottle with fresh water from the source of Conciatas.
