Description

Explore a magical country rich in history, traditions and natural places. Discover a unique side of Panama on this short half-day hike at the Piedra de Lino, near Boquete, Panama.

This amazing hiking path follows one of Panama’s most incredible spots, Piedra de Lino. Here, we’ll encounter many beautiful birds along with other animals. Also, we’ll spot mesmerizing flora, endemic this cloud forest. So, we’ll also get the chance to learn about the importance of places like this for the conservation of the creatures and plants that live here.

Even though this is a short hike, we’ll get to see the most fantastic places in the Piedra de Lino. We’ll start at around 1,300 meters above sea level, and as we progress, we’ll end up at an altitude of about 1,800 meters. To mark the end of our trip, we’ll get to see a spectacular platform know as the Lino Rock. And it is here, that we will enjoy the most breathtaking views of the whole area.

Furthermore, we’ll have the chance to see a real coffee farm, as we will hike through one. As a matter of fact, the Boquete region is very famous for its coffee production.
