What are the best places for rock climbing in the Pyrenees? Join me on this 2-day program and I will show you to one of my favorites, the Aguja de Bachimaña in the Tena Valley!

The Aguja de Bachimaña is a great rock climbing spot that can be accessed from the Bachimaña mountain hut that lies at an altitude of 2.200 m. Beautiful lakes surround this stunning location and make the climbing all the prettier. On this thrilling rock climbing adventure in the Tena Valley, I will show you the way to the top of this peak and we will stay overnight at this renowned mountain hut.

We will begin on the first day by meeting and going over equipment and safety issues. Then, we will try a test climb to measure your skills and start warming up. In the evening, we will arrive at the mountain hut and we will settle in and have dinner. On the following morning, we will set off on our rock climbing adventure on the Aguja de Bachimaña. From the top, we will enjoy spectacular views of the surroundings.

Keep in mind that you need a good fitness level to join this excursion. Additionally, you will require some prior rock climbing experience. Of course, I will be there to help and guide you on the way.

Alfredo was an excellent guide - very helpful and flexible in organising our ascent of the Pic du Midi d'Ossau, set pace and technical level perfectly for our group (father and two teenage children) on the way up, and very good company on the way down :-)
