This flexible rock climbing program near Krakow is designed to give you plenty of options depending on your needs and wants.
Available alternatives include a one-day climbing course in the Polish Jura, or to enjoy an extended 2-day program for beginners or intermediate climbers on a set date. Additionally, we can plan tailored multi-day programs if you wish.
The Polish Jura is located in South-Central Poland, between Kraków, Częstochowa, and Wieluń. It consists of Jurassic limestone rocks, cliffs, valleys, and limestone formations, including around 220 caves. This amazing spot is ideal for rock climbing enthusiasts!

Rock Climbing for Beginners:
how to warm up properly
basic commands,
basic knots -figure eight, key, semi-cyst, faded, flag
the rules of top belaying
clothing, the harness, tying the rope, operating the belaying devices, belayer posture,
correct climbing technique- holds (haul-off, over-grip), reading the rock, frontal and lateral technique - body position in relation to the type of grip,
safety rules
optional: entry to climbing with bottom belaying (so-called guiding): binding by the stand, belaying rules, attaching quickdraws,
types of ropes, re-laces, climbing shoes, harnesses, helmets, carabiners, belay points, accessories, belaying devices,

Rock Climbing Intermediate Course:
review of the basics: rules of belaying, basic climbing techniques, knots
using a ready-made position, setting up your own, using a half-line with an HMS carabiner
the rules of lower belaying: feeding the rope, meeting the climber before the first pin
rules of climbing on the lead: connecting the quickdraws, collecting the quickdraws, rappelling after finishing the lead
falling off, i.e. the art of flying and the difference between dynamic and static belay.
