Join Brent, an IFMGA-certified mountain guide, for this spectacular 8-day ski mountaineering expedition up the two highest summits in the Alps. Climb Mont Blanc and Monte Rosa before racing back down each one, in what is likely to be, the ride of a lifetime.
Climb to the top of two of the Alps' most iconic summits.
Ski from the summits of Monte Rosa and Mont Blanc, along with a few others.
Enjoy the stunning alpine scenery of France and Switzerland.
Towering up to 4,808 and 4,634 meters in elevation, respectively, Mont Blanc and Monte Rosa are the two tallest mountains in the Alps and when combined make for the ski mountaineering adventure of a lifetime!
After meeting up in the picturesque resort town of Chamonix, the adventure begins. After a quick introduction, we will head right out into the Valle Blanche or another nearby couloir on Aiguille du Midi in order to get in some warm up runs.
This will get the blood pumping and whet your appetite for what is to come.
We’ll spend the next three days climbing up this imposing peak, enjoying phenomenal views en route to the summit before making the descent of a lifetime down its steep and pristine slopes.
After returning to Chamonix, we will get some rest and transfer to Zermatt in order to prepare for act two: Monte Rosa.
We’ll warm up once again by skiing on Breithorn or Pollux, before skinning up Monte Rosa. From the summit, we’ll take in some of the best views of the Matterhorn and Mont Blanc around.
The descent back down will be utterly phenomenal as we race down some of the best powder in all of Switzerland, and Europe!

Ski equipment (skis, boots, poles)
I grew up in Colorado with skis on my feet and a rope in my hands. I began skiing at the age of three and rock climbing at the age of five. Sometime in between, I climbed my first mountain.
When I'm not climbing or guiding, I am typically sharing food and drinks with friends and family, training at the gym, or dancing to the "umps umps umps" of house music around a campfire.
When I began my professional guiding career in 2010, I realized my lifetime hobbies of skiing and rock climbing have real value in this world. Over the last several years, I have helped thousands of clients reach their alpine goals, and more importantly, enjoy their experiences on the mountain.
I have skied, rock climbed and guided throughout the western US and Canada, the Alps, the Norwegian fjords, the Southern Alps in New Zealand, the Brazilian granite domes and on limestone in Thailand. I have skied steep descents such as Grand Teton, climbed 5.13 on bolts and gear and played around on snow-covered rock and ice.
When you book one of my trips, you'll be working directly with me. I will work with you from your initial inquiry and throughout your trip. I will personally be your guide and instructor, making sure you receive the highest quality instruction and have a great time too.
