Samaúma, the biggest tree in the Amazon, is waiting for you to climb it! Follow us on a unique tree climbing experience in Brazil leaving from Manaus.
First, we’ll take you on a speed boat from Manaus through the Rio Negro. The ride to Samaúma will take us an hour and 10 minutes. Once there, we’ll enjoy the exciting activity of climbing up this impressive tree and discovering the local wildlife and flora with ropes and harnesses. Get ready to see birds, monkeys and much more! We’ll even enjoy a snack up in the tree, just as if we were monkeys ourselves. On our way back, we’ll stop by one of the white sandy beaches by the Rio Negro for a refreshing swim.
We take safety as a top priority and inspect trees before all adventures. Therefore, you will be able to enjoy this adventure risk-free. Furthermore, we recommend participants to bring long pants, insect repellent, closed shoes, and tied-up hair. Jewelry is not allowed.
