Soon, I started working with my uncle and developed both my English and business skills with him. Afterwards, and for many years, I worked at top-notch hotels and lodges, which helped me to make progress and improve professionally.

This journey eventually led me to become a Jungle Guide. I finally felt like I was able to fly alone and open my own business, which has been in the market for 11 years already!

Have you ever wanted to discover the legendary, magical and vast **Amazon rainforest**? This is your chance. On this **2-day nature discovery tou**r, from **Manaus, Brazil**, you will get to see, in depth, what makes the **Amazon** so incredible.

The trip, which will take you across the **Rio Negro** to the village of **Cacau Pirera**, will take **approximately 30 minutes**. Afterwards, we will take a **50 minute car ride to Paricatuba**. We will then take another boat ride to the lodge, which is about **75 kilometers from Manaus**. At the lodge, we will enjoy a delicious lunch before taking a canoe ride through several small creeks, where you can go **fishing for piranhas!** We will then take a nocturnal trip in the area, where you can see **alligators** and other nocturnal wildlife. At the end of the day, we will eat dinner and you will get some rest for the following day’s exploing.

On the second day of the trip, after breakfast, we will take an **approximately 2.5 hour long jungle walk**. Throughout the walk, you will learn all about the **medicinal plants in the rainforest**. Afterwards, we will return to the lodge for lunch. You will also get to enjoy some free time to swim in the water of the **Rio Negro**. After that, we will make our way back to **Manaus**, with a scheduled arrival time of **approximately 5:00 pm**.

On this fantastic program, we’ll pick you up at around **8:30 a.m.** from your hotel, and drive to the **Manaus Port**.
