This **full day trip,** which will **last from 10:00 am to 4:30 pm,** will take you on the **Marche-les-Dames rocks, near Namur, in Belgium**. Throughout the day, you will get to enjoy some amazing via ferrata as well as some thrilling rock climbing.

Our trip will take you to one of the largest massifs in **Belgium**, on the edge of the **Meuse**. Once there you will embark on one of the most popular, beautiful and varied via ferrata routes in all of **Belgium**. And you will get to enjoy it on the spectacular **Marche-les-Dames**, where you will also get to experience the thrill of some great rock climbing, too.

There is a lot to enjoy on the via ferrata route. That includes **pendulum, vertical portions, bridges, including an overhead bridge that is 45 meters high, a Nepali bridge and some exciting vertiginous crossing**. Moreover, there is also some great **abseiling** on this trip as well.

There are **no technical requirements on this trip**. As a result, it is open to just about anybody. You only have to be at least **10 years old, be in good physical condition, have no fear of heights and weigh between 40kb and 110kb**.
