How to get there

The easiest way to travel to Kazbegi is by public transportation from Didube, the Tbilisi bus station

Language

Georgian and Russian. As in the rest of Georgia, locals will make superhuman efforts to understand you. With the youngest, you won't have problems since they speak basic English

The climate is moderately humid with dry and cold winters and long and fresh summers. The average annual temperature is 4.9 ºC. January is the coldest month with an average temperature of -5.2 ºC, and July is the warmest month with an average temperature of 14.4 ºC
