Ubicado en la zona este del Himalaya, Ama Dablam es una montaña hermosa con una altitud de 6,812 metros. No pierdas la oportunidad de alcanzar la cumbre de esta increíble montaña en esta expedición en Nepal.

En primer lugar, nos encontraremos en Katmandú, la capital y mayor ciudad de Nepal. Te recogeremos en el aeropuerto y te llevaremos al hotel. Al principio y al final del viaje, tendrás la oportunidad de pasar algún tiempo explorando esta hermosa ciudad. Hay muchos templos y puntos culturales para visitar y descubrir.

Luego, la ascensión a la montaña será progresiva y visitaremos diferentes pueblos en nuestro camino. El ascenso final a la cumbre nos llevará varios días. Por favor, echa un vistazo abajo para una descripción más detallada del itinerario.

Aunque este ascenso no es demasiado desafiante, es muy importante tener experiencia previa en montañismo así como una buena condición física para unirte a este viaje.

Itinerario

Día 1: Llegada

Nos encontraremos en el Aeropuerto Internacional Tribhuvan y te trasladaremos a tu hotel.

Día 2 to 3: Katmandú

En los días 2 y 3, exploraremos Katmandú y visitaremos algunas de sus stupas más importantes, como Pashupatinath y Swayambhunath.

Día 4: Lukla - Phakding

Volarémos por 35 minutos hasta Lukla (2,886 metros) y luego haremos trekking hacia Phakding (2,640 metros).

Día 5: Namche Bazaar

Tendremos una caminata de 6 horas hacia Namche Bazaar (3,440 metros), donde podrás obtener equipo de escalada si lo necesitas.

Día 6: Día de aclimatación en Namche Bazaar

Día 7: Tyangboche

Una caminata de 5 horas nos llevará a Tyangboche, a 3,867 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Durante la caminata, disfrutaremos de la vista del Everest y varios picos circundantes.

Día 8: Pangboche

Por 3 horas, haremos trekking hacia Pangboche (3,900 metros), un gran lugar para almorzar y pasar la noche. Seremos capaces de ver vistas increíbles de Ama Dablam y los picos circundantes. Durante la tarde, exploraremos el pueblo.

Día 9: Campo Base de Ama Dablam

Después de una caminata de 4 horas, alcanzaremos el Campo Base de Ama Dablam (4,580 metros), ubicado al pie de la montaña.

Día 10: Día de descanso en el Campo Base de Ama Dablam

Día 11 to 22: Cumbre de Ama Dablam

Durante estos días, prepararemos nuestro equipo para el gran ascenso. Para el ascenso, nos dividiremos en grupos y enfrentaremos una subida exigente hasta la cima, pasando por el campo I y el campo II. Una vez en la cumbre, admiraremos la increíble vista. Regresaremos alrededor de los días 21-22.

Día 23: Limpieza del Campo Base

Pasaremos el día ayudando a reducir la basura en la montaña.

Día 24: Regreso a Pangboche

Día 25: Regreso a Namche Bazaar

Día 26: Regreso a Lukla

Día 27: Vuelo a Katmandú y traslado al hotel

Día 28 to 29: Días extra en Katmandú

Día 30: Partida

Te llevaremos al aeropuerto y diremos adiós.

I am an IFMGA/UIAGM certified mountain guide and an instructor guide. I started my career in the mountaineering and adventure sector in 1998 and since then I have been on the continuous journey of learning, training, exploring, and enjoying about the mountains.

I have guided several successful climbing expeditions in the Himalyas including Everest- 4 times, Makalu, Dawalagiri, Manaslu.... and other 7000 and 6000 m peaks. I am among the first batch of IFMGA/UIAGM guide from Nepal.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland.
