Durante 10 emocionantes días, me gustaría guiarte a través de las sensacionales cumbres que pueblan la Cordillera Occidental en los Andes de Ecuador. A lo largo de este viaje, tendrás la oportunidad de ver varias de las cumbres más famosas del país, la mayoría de las cuales son volcanes activos.

La mayoría de las cumbres en Ecuador están situadas relativamente cerca unas de otras en lo que se conoce como Avenida de los Volcanes, o La Avenida de los Volcanes. Este increíble tramo de cumbres, ubicado a menos de 200 kilómetros de la ciudad capital de Quito, es definitivamente una de las vistas más maravillosas de toda Sudamérica.

Mi objetivo durante esta caminata de 10 días es que tengas la oportunidad de realmente apreciar cuán asombrosas son estas cumbres. Desde la cumbre más alta del país, Chimborazo (6,263m) hasta Cotopaxi (5,897m) y Cayambe (5,790m), el surtido de cumbres que podrás ver es absolutamente impresionante. Varias de las cumbres nevadas son increíbles de contemplar, sin importar la distancia desde la cual se admiren.

Debido a la variada naturaleza de las cumbres, y el tiempo extendido de este viaje, operaremos con un itinerario abierto. Hay muchas rutas diferentes para elegir, y me aseguraré de que caminemos por las mejores basándome en varios factores, desde las condiciones climáticas hasta tus ambiciones.

Esta caminata no será demasiado difícil. Por eso este viaje de 10 días es accesible para casi cualquier persona. Sin embargo, estaremos caminando una distancia razonable a un ritmo constante todos los días, por lo que los participantes deben estar en buena condición física.

Being born in the middle of the Andes, in a city at 2800 meters life is marked by the presence of the mountains from an early age I felt a great attraction for remote and cold places away from the city and thanks to my family heirloom I was walking very young at this.

I started my formal mountain activity at age 15 with my first ascent to the summit of Tungurahua, which was followed by promotion to the different peaks in the country . My other passion has always been art and music which for two years studying at the Faculty of Fine Arts.

Life and its ways led me to leave me immersed in art and anthropology for 4 years during that particular time I started the activity Peru which has given me the opportunity to climb a large number of mountains in the Cordillera Blanca, place and continually been visiting for over 10 years.

At one point in life I discovered that the mountains had given me more than any other activity and experience in my life so I decided to devote to professional and Guidance .

I trained in the School of Guides Ecuador and then continue with my training IFMGA Guide International .

This activity allowed me to share what I love with people who carries the same passion and great satisfaction with them reaching summits and realize dreams, currently I have been guiding for over 15 years, Mountaineering is an experience that helps form realmenter mind, spirit and especially to meet great friends.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
