¿Te gustaría escalar una de las montañas más emblemáticas de los Alpes? Entonces únete a mí en este ascenso desafiante de 4 días al Matterhorn (4478 m), ¡un sueño para todo montañista!

El Matterhorn, también llamado Monte Cervino, se encuentra en la frontera entre Suiza e Italia. Además, es una de las montañas más famosas del mundo. Esto probablemente se debe a su distintiva forma piramidal y una historia interesante.

Subiremos por la arista Hörnli (Hörnligrat) y también escalaremos el Breithorn como preparación para la cumbre.

Por favor, ten en cuenta que este es un ascenso desafiante, por lo que necesitas estar en excelente forma. Además, necesitas una buena cantidad de experiencia en el uso de crampones y un buen sentido de la altura. La dificultad de la escalada se clasifica como 3 (UIAA).

Nos encontraremos en Herbriggen y el segundo día tomaremos el teleférico al Klein Matterhorn. Disfrutaremos de una de las travesías de arista más hermosas de los Alpes. Luego, atravesaremos hasta el Bivac Volante y escalaremos el Breithorn (4164 m). Volveremos en teleférico al hotel. El tercer día, el teleférico nos llevará al Refugio Hörnli.

Finalmente, en el cuarto día, subiremos hasta la cumbre del Matterhorn. Temprano en la mañana, nos dirigiremos al inicio de la impresionante arista Hörnli, junto con muchos otros escaladores. ¡Y luego, el ataque a la cumbre! La vista desde la cumbre del Matterhorn es simplemente impresionante.

Itinerario

Día 1: Herbriggen-Hotel Bergfreund

Nos encontraremos en el Hotel Bergfreund en Herbriggen. Sesión informativa de la excursión y revisión del equipo.

Día 2: Klein Matterhorn-Breithorn

Hoy disfrutaremos de una de las travesías de arista más hermosas de los Alpes Occidentales. Tomaremos el teleférico al Klein Matterhorn y atravesaremos hasta el Bivac Volante. Pasaremos por el Breithorn (4164 m) con una dificultad de escalada en roca de hasta 3+ y 45 ° en hielo. Regresaremos en teleférico. Noche en el hotel. (Aproximadamente 5 h- 680 m).

Día 3: Schwarzsee-Refugio Hörnli

En la tarde tomaremos el teleférico a Schwarzsee y luego subiremos al Refugio Hörnli. (Aproximadamente 2 h / ↑ 676 m).

Día 4: Cumbre del Matterhorn

Temprano en la mañana comenzaremos nuestro ascenso, junto a mucha gente, hacia la entrada de la arista Hörnli. En la oscuridad, subiremos por la entrada de la arista. Al amanecer estaremos bajo el Refugio Solvay y continuaremos por la impresionante arista hasta la cumbre. ¡La vista desde el pico de 4478 metros de altura del Matterhorn es abrumadora! El descenso exige de nuevo la máxima concentración. Después de una breve parada en el Refugio Hörnli, continuaremos hacia la estación de teleférico de Schwarzsee. (Aproximadamente 10 h / ↑ 1200 Hm, ↓ 1900).

I am a IFMGA certified mountain guide and a climbing lover. I grew up in a small farm in Mittersiller Sonnberg. My parents used to show us the beauty of our mountains. When I was 10 years old I went ski touring for the first time and I really loved it. The next years, I started climbing walls which really fascinated me. I also participated in many competitions.

My career took me to Hohe Tauern National Park where I finished the ranger training to bring visitors to the beauties of my country.

In 2013, I got my official certificate as a mountain guide and ski instructor. A dream came true! Since 2014, I have been working a full time guide, guiding in different areas such as Ortler, Valais, Dolomites, Wilder Kaiser, Muztagh Ata (China)... and of course, in some of our famous mountains such as Großvenediger and Großglockner.
