Descripción

Si eres un escalador experimentado en busca de un desafío, no puedes perderte esta fantástica vía ferrata en el corazón de las Dolomitas. Sígueme en esta aventura de 1 día en la vía ferrata delle Trincee y descubre el Grupo Marmolada.

Situada en la Cresta de Padon en el macizo de Marmolada, la vía ferrata delle Trincee es una ruta exigente en un área que combina naturaleza, geología e historia.

Primero, partiremos a las 9 am. desde los teleféricos de Arabba y ascenderemos a una altitud de 2,480 metros. Encontraremos desafíos desde el comienzo de la ferrata, donde enfrentaremos una roca vertical exigente. Luego, continuaremos a través de secciones empinadas y estrechas en nuestro camino. Nuestros esfuerzos serán recompensados con las espectaculares vistas panorámicas del Grupo Marmolada y el Grupo Sella. Estaremos rodeados de rocas volcánicas y veremos algunos de los restos de la Primera Guerra Mundial en la ruta. Finalmente, tomaremos un camino hacia Passo Padon y luego regresaremos a los teleféricos para bajar.

Nuestro programa finalizará alrededor de las 4 pm. Durante la vía ferrata, enfrentaremos un desnivel de 500 metros. Como mencioné antes, este viaje es difícil por lo que está dirigido a participantes intermedios con un nivel de fitness muy bueno.

I was born in the plain in 1983, but as often happens to those who were born there, I have always loved the mountains. I was three years old when I wore my first skis, not knowing that this would become my strongest passion ... Skiing, walking, climbing: it is since I was a child that I go to the mountains, first with my parents and my grandfather and then with my friends.

The degree in forestry science was only the logical consequence of this passion, as well as the beautiful summers spent managing the refuge Capanna Punta Penia in Marmolada (the highest refuge in the Dolomites, on top of the highest mountain in the Dolomites!), which I call "the bus without wheels" and all over the Dolomites!
The last step (for now...) was to become a Mountain Guide, to let you experience what the mountain transmits to me!
… and to show you the famous " bus without wheels”

Giovanni is a fantastic mountain guide. He made my outing on Via Ferrata delle Trincee fun and safe! He knew the route well and balanced letting me “figure it out” and push myself with offering helpful tips especially in the trickier down climbing sections. He took wonderful pictures and videos of me on the ferrata which were so fun to share! He knows all the best spots and angles for good photos and got them to me that night! Being a local he knew a lot about the plants, animals and glacier. He also knew the WWI history pertinent to the ferrata. It made for a very fun and interesting day!
