If you have some via ferrata experience and would like to prepare for future routes, you can’t miss this program to the via ferrata Degli Alpini on Col dei Bos. Follow me on this half-day trip in the Dolomites!
Situated near Cortina d’Ampezzo, the via ferrata on Col dei Bos is a wonderful opportunity in the Dolomites to improve your skills and gain confidence in the activity. We’ll follow an equipped route through the rocks and face an elevation gain of 500 meters.
On our way, we’ll see several remains of World War I and you’ll learn about the history of the area. As for the descent, we have two options. We can either take a 1-hour steep and demanding trail, or we can choose an easier route to Forcella Lagazuoi (30 minutes).
Regarding difficulty, this program is intermediate, so it’s important to have some prior via ferrata experience and to be in good physical shape. Of course, I’ll be there to help you with everything that you may need at all times.
So, are you ready for this adventure in the Dolomites? Then get in touch with me by sending your request now and start preparing for this via ferrata on Col dei Bos.
An easier option could be this trip to the historical Bepi Zac route on the Creste di Costabella. Check it out!

I was born in the plain in 1983, but as often happens to those who were born there, I have always loved the mountains. I was three years old when I wore my first skis, not knowing that this would become my strongest passion ... Skiing, walking, climbing: it is since I was a child that I go to the mountains, first with my parents and my grandfather and then with my friends.
The degree in forestry science was only the logical consequence of this passion, as well as the beautiful summers spent managing the refuge Capanna Punta Penia in Marmolada (the highest refuge in the Dolomites, on top of the highest mountain in the Dolomites!), which I call "the bus without wheels" and all over the Dolomites!
The last step (for now...) was to become a Mountain Guide, to let you experience what the mountain transmits to me!
… and to show you the famous " bus without wheels”
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
