Thomas was nice and took some great pictures of us. He was NOT the guide that I had been speaking with. The day before the trip the person I had been communicating with sent me a message saying that his friend was going to guide us, which felt a little weird. He was nice but not much of a guide. He didnt say much throughout the climb. I have prior experience and knowledge but We had a few inexperienced climbers with us. I was expecting a bit more instruction on climbing techniques and safety. I am a certified professional ski instructor. When I teach/guide I usually take a more active/interactive approach with clients on piest to ensure a safe, comfortable all around experience. Andreas was an awesome guide. He provided harnesses and helmets. We went in may when there was still snow on the mountain. Some of the cables were buried; he was prepared with his own ropes. He was very confident and comfortable on the mountain which made me feel safer. If doing this, bring plenty of water, gloves, wear sunscreen, and bring food5
