I am offering between 2-4 indoor classes for beginners, taking place in the evenings and lasting for 3 hours (19:00 – 22:00). I’m offering courses in Brussels, Braine L’alleud and Namur.

**Thinking about fine tuning your rock climbing skills? Well you’re in luck, here is the perfect advanced level climbing course that will raise your vertical game in every respect!**

You already know the wonderful benefits of rock climbing as your strength, balance and flexibility has surely increased. However, this course takes it to the next level: prepare to refine exact motor movements and technical executions!

**Are you having problems with overhangs, struggling to keep your balance or can’t seem to find the right hand and foot placements to allow efficient movements? This is where I come in, I will guide you through the process!**

We can really nail down your strategic thinking when it comes to approaching the route and what positions will afford you the least energy expenditure.

I will explain how to plan (theory) your own training so as to obtain the fastest and greatest results, whilst also how to manage your trainings in real time (practical).

This course will consist of between 4-8 classes, it will last 3 hours on weekday evenings between 19:00 – 22:00 and will take place in top quality facilities in Brussels, Brain L’alleud and Namur.

This course will be a wonderful way to make friends with like-minded people but you’re more than welcome to come in groups, whether that’s friends, family or colleagues.

You can feel confident that you will leave these classes with a real sense of achievement as your level of climbing and confidence grows!

You should be comfortable climbing 5c/6a indoor routes to join the course. Additionally, you will need to commit an extra day of training by yourself per week, so as to consolidate what you have learnt into your personal practice.

Indoor climbing instruction for advanced rock climbers, Belgium

Kids are natural climbers, with tons of energy. They love to climb and explore. Whether it is reaching the top of a tree or climbing on the furniture, it is a typical way to move for them. So, what better way to harness that energy than with an exciting activity? We offer private **rock climbing lessons for kids from 6 years old onwards**, in our **Ma Niak Climbing Gym** in Nivelles, just 25 minutes drive from Brussels.

We are a team of passionate instructors, who will be more than happy to introduce your kids to this sport and we will accompany them throughout their stay in our room. **Your kid’s safety will be our top priority at all times.** During these 1-hour lessons, a dedicated monitor will provide your children a **100% personalized coaching** at the pace that best suits them.

Our classes provide a fun and safe experience and are aimed to help them **discover their natural climbing skills.** We offer lessons for different levels, from beginners to advanced, and for all ages, between 6 and 16 years old.

Climbing **provides many physical and mental benefits for children**. On the emotional level, it increases their self-confidence and concentration, helps them control their emotions and impulsivity while they also learn to make decisions and follow rules. It is also a great way to develop team skills. On the physical level, it improves their psychomotility, strength and coordination skills while enjoying a fun challenge, among many other benefits.

Although it is often linked as an extreme activity, indoor climbing **is safer than many other sports**. We start our lessons by climbing blocks (small walls of low height), making it possible for children to progress safely and gain in confidence.

Climbing is also a great way for kids to **develop problem-solving skills**: each course is a bit of a puzzle that climbers must solve in order to reach the top. This sometimes requires starting again and taking a step back to analyze the best method to use.

Finally, one of the greatest benefits of climbing is that it allows children to play a sport where the **competition is only present as a challenge for themselves** and not among partners.

Located north of Nivelles, Ma Niak is easily accessible by the E19. The gym is just 25 minutes from Brussels; 20 minutes from Mons; 20 minutes from Charleroi and 3 km from Nivelles train station. It is also accesible by bus.
