Discover the amazing Yellowstone National Park on this 3-day hike. Join us for a fantastic adventure through thermal features, mountains and one of Yellowstone’s biggest backcountry lakes, Heart Lake!

Established in 1872, Yellowstone is the first national park in the U.S. and in the whole world. It extends over 8,983 km² (3,468.4 sq mi) in the states of Wyoming, Idaho and Montana. Famous for its wildlife, is home to bears, mooses, wolves, bisons and many other species.

Our starting point will be at the Heart Lake Trailhead. Located in the southeast region, this is one of the most pristine lakes in the park and it even has one of Yellowstone largest backcountry geyser basins, Rustic Geyser! We will set up camp in this natural treasure and enjoy one of the best views in the park.

From here, we will continue our backpacking adventure to Mount Sheridan 10,298 feet (3,139 m). This prominent peak is located in the Red Mountains and is the tallest one of this mountain range. Hikers will enjoy the spectacular views of the Absaroka mountain range, Lewis Lake and the Tetons.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
