Join me for three unforgettable days in the Spanish Pyrenees and get ready for an incredible canyoning adventure in the most gorgeous mountains of Huesca, Spain.
The province of Huesca has incredible canyoning locations. There are lots of jumps, abseiling opportunities and beautiful clear waters. Although the region is beautiful in spring and fall, I especially recommend you come in the summer, when the weather is perfect for jumping in the water.
The proposed itinerary is as follows:
Day 1: Furco and Garganta de las Gloces. We’ll also go to Broto and Torla in the Ordesa National Park.
Day 2: Garganta de Escuaín at the Escuaín Valley.
Day 3: Formiga in Sierra de Guara National Park.
These places are approximately one hour away by car from each other. Every day, once we arrive to our location, we’ll spend 6 to 8 hours enjoying the activity.

I´m passionate about the mountains and the Nature, glad to be a guide, a canyoner, a climber. I live in Sierra de Guara Natural Park, an amazing ridge formed by a karst sistem with its gorgeous canyons and tricky trails, the most beautiful canyoneering place ever!
I started guiding as an Outward Bound Instructor, in Spain and then in Hong Kong. Then I took the speciality of Canyoneering /Canyoning, which gives me lots of energy and lots of fun. Jumping, abseiling in amazing cascades, enjoying the surprising places the rivers offer to us. Actually my last name in Spanish means River.
I work with other colegues, certified and profesional guides and we can offer you activities such as mountaneering, climbing, trekking, birding, astronomy sessions, etc. We also do assisted activities for those who are used to climbing or canyoneering but just want a support and counsel on their decisions during the activities.
We accompany you to explore, providing the safety and knowledge about the activity and also the geology, fauna and flora in the Pyrenees and Pre - Pyrenees as well, always with a close personal treatment considering you and your family/friends our main point of reference to adjust the experience so it will be simply unforgetable!

Monica was an excellent guide and did a great job of making all of the trip participants comfortable even after accounting for various experience levels. She offered interesting commentary about the park, and she was also conscious to take good pictures on her waterproof camera. I cannot recommend the trip enough.
