3 Days

Join me for a unique 3-day canyoning journey combining two of the most spectacular canyoning regions in Spain: Sierra de Guara and the Pyrenees.
This program is designed as a progressive experience, allowing you to discover three of the most beautiful canyons in the Pyrenees, each one with its own character, landscape, and geological formations. Together, they offer a complete and diverse experience to canyoning in a natural and authentic way.
During the first two days, we explore classic canyons in Sierra de Guara, including Formiga and Oscuros de Balcés. These are dynamic and enjoyable descents that include rappels, jumps, natural slides, and narrow limestone passages. While they offer a sense of adventure and action, they are not highly technical canyoning routes, making them accessible for people with some hiking experience and a moderate physical condition.
On the third day, we move into a completely different rhythm in the Pyrenees, in the Miraval canyon. This day is designed as a slow and immersive experience, focused on swimming, floating, moving with the water, optional jumps, and enjoying the landscape at a relaxed pace. It is a moment to slow down, connect with nature, and experience the canyon as a place of calm and natural beauty.
Together, these three canyons showcase not only different styles of canyoning, but also three distinct geological environments, offering a rich and varied perspective of the Pyrenean canyoning world.
This program is suitable for people with a moderate physical condition who are used to active outdoor days and hiking. No previous canyoning experience is required. It is also ideal for families with teenagers looking for a shared adventure combining fun, nature, and discovery.
To make the most of the program and reduce daily transfers, I recommend staying in the Sierra de Guara area (Bierge or Rodellar) for the first two nights, and in Aínsa or the surrounding area for the third night. This allows for a simple and well-organised journey, maximising time spent in the canyon and in nature.
Throughout the trip, we follow an eco-responsible approach to canyoning, aiming to minimize our impact on these fragile mountain environments. Respect for water, wildlife, and vegetation, as well as careful group management, are an essential part of how we guide in both Sierra de Guara and the Pyrenees.
I am a certified canyoning guide with more than 15 years of experience in the Pyrenees and Sierra de Guara, and all technical equipment is provided.
This is an ideal journey for those looking to experience canyoning not just as an activity, but as a progressive and meaningful way to discover the natural and geological diversity of the Pyrenees.

With more than 15 years of experience in the Pyrenees and Sierra de Guara, I offer structured canyoning experiences in the Pyrenees and Sierra de Guara, combining adventure, safety, and a responsible approach to the mountains.
I specialise in canyoning experiences that combine adventure, nature, and a responsible way of exploring the mountains, with a strong focus on safety, small groups, and environmental respect.
Beyond the sport itself, I also share knowledge about the natural environment, helping participants better understand the landscapes we move through and the Pyrenean mountain ecosystems.
My programs are designed to offer different styles of canyoning, from accessible family-friendly descents to more dynamic alpine canyoning experiences for active people looking to go a step further in the mountains.
Each canyoning day is an opportunity to explore the Pyrenees from the inside, moving through water-carved landscapes shaped over thousands of years.
I follow an eco-conscious guiding approach, aiming to minimise impact on these fragile environments and encourage a more respectful and meaningful way of enjoying nature.
Whether you are discovering canyoning for the first time or looking for a more sporty alpine experience, I will guide you safely through some of the most beautiful canyons in the Spanish Pyrenees, adapted to your level and experience.

The guide Diego was fantastic. He looked out for our safety with lots of patience and a sense of fun. The canyoning was an experience to remember.

Monica was an excellent guide and did a great job of making all of the trip participants comfortable even after accounting for various experience levels. She offered interesting commentary about the park, and she was also conscious to take good pictures on her waterproof camera. I cannot recommend the trip enough.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
