Description

From spectacular mountains to beautiful valleys, the Appalachian Trail has it all. It is no wonder that it attracts so many adventurers. Come join one of the AMGA-certified mountain guides on our team and discover this arduous but rewarding trail!

We invite you to discover just a small portion of what advanced hikers experience in the first month of their 2,168 mile/ 3,489 kilometers expedition to Katahdin, Maine. On this 4-day guided tour, we’ll explore the longest area of this famous path and cover over 5,000ft/ 1524 m.

This multi day backpacking trip begins in Gatlinburg, Tennessee. There,  we’ll ascend the highest point in the state, the famous Clingmans Dome (6,643 ft/2,025 m). Along this journey, we’ll learn about this region’s diverse vegetation, go deep in the Native American culture and admire the views of the Appalachians Mountains.

This trip is suitable for advanced hikers. Keep in mind that every day we will walk between 6 to 10 miles. Consequently, you will require a good fitness level. Of course, we will be there to help and guide you.

This 4-day hike in the Appalachian Trail is the ultimate hiking experience! So if you find this proposal interesting, send us a request and get ready to explore this breathtaking place!

Guide cancelled within 48 hrs and I was unable to find someone else and so far I’ve not been refunded. Put a small dent in my otherwise great trip to Revelstoke.

Guide was very experienced and very patient with us. We learned alot and he tried to fit in all the knowledge he could in one day, super awesome. A little tough going back and forth to get the trip set up hard to tell if the site is sketchy until you see reviews but all worked out. Ended up with an awesome day with an awesome guide. Overall pretty satisfied and thankful!
