Around Lake Achensee, the largest lake in Tyrol, we’ll find several exciting options for via ferrata enthusiasts. On this opportunity, we would like to invite you to discover one of the highlights of the area, the 5-peak route. Follow us on this via ferrata tour in Austria and live an unforgettable experience!

The 5-peak via ferrata crosses five of the main mountains around Lake Achensee: Haidachstellwand, Rosskopf, Seekarlspitze, Spieljoch and Hochiss. These peaks belong to the Brandenberg Alps, a range in the Northern Limestone Alps, in Austria.

If you have experience in the activity, you’ll find this route exhilarating and rewarding. However, if you’re a via ferrata beginner, we can also arrange a shorter version of the tour. Our goal is for both beginners and advanced participants to enjoy this activity and make the best out of it.

Although the itinerary for beginners is not too demanding, consider that it’s mandatory to have some prior vertical experience as well as a good level of fitness. Of course, we will be there to help and guide you on the way.
