Join Martin, an IFMGA-certified guide, on this 6-day splitboarding traverse to ride through some of the most breathtaking scenery in the European Alps.
Come join me on this 6-day Bernese Oberland Haute Route splitboarding traverse if you want to explore an incredible region surrounded by 4000 meters peaks with spectacular scenery and exciting descents!
The Bernese Oberland Haute Route is a marvellous tour that goes through the largest glacier network in the Alps!
The program starts in Grindlewald and will take us splitboarding to the southeast through white glaciers and high peaks where you’ll enjoy amazing powder slopes. We’ll spend the nights in charming mountain huts, where you’ll experience the traditional Swiss mountaineering atmosphere and feel the quietness of the mountains.
During this tour we’ll ascend to the great Finsteraarhorn (4260 m), the highest summit in the Bernese Alps. You’ll also reach the largest glacier in the Alps: the Aletschgletscher. Along the way we’ll cross some of the most amazing mountains in the Alps like the Jungfrau (3466 m), the Mönch (4107 m) and the Eiger (3970 m).
Sounds like an amazing tour? It is! Send me a request now and we’ll start planning your visit to the amazing Bernese Oberland region in Switzerland. You’ll spend an unforgettable adventure!
Take notice that skiers are also welcomed!

Transfer to Interlaken. Train from Interlaken to the Jungfraujoch. Overnight at the Monchhutte hut, very close to the train station.
We will leave the hut in the morning and start a short descent to Jungfraufirn. Then, across the Louwitor, we will continue along the Kranzbergfirn glacier, until we reach the Hollandia mountain hut, where we’ll spend the night.
From the Hollandia hut we will climb with the splitboards to the Abeni Flue, before heading to the Konkordia hut.
We will pass the Grünhornlücke to descend to the enormous Fieschergletscher glacier. Then we’ll traverse to the Finsteraarhorn mountain hut, where we will spend the night.
Ascent from the Finsteraarhorn hut to the great Finsteraarhorn. We’ll enjoy some nice turns to go back to the mountain hut.
We will start the day with a climb up the Gross Wannenhorn, possibly the best ski lift in the Bernese Oberland. Then we will descend to the Oberaarjoch mountain hut, where we’ll spend the night.
From the Oberaarjoch hut there are a number of options, with great descents, to return to civilization. We’ll ride down to Munster Village. Then we will take the train back to Interlaken, where we’ll have the car to drive to Chamonix.

Martin was incredible! From the pre trip preparations to managing all logistics while there - he made sure I had everything I needed, taught me alot, and importantly kept me safe! He truly provided a first class adventure.
We enjoyed this trip in the Alps very much!! It was an excellent introduction to mountaineering and the stunning peaks of the Alps massive. Our guide Martin made the full experience a succes; pushing us to the limits, keeping us safe at difficult rocky ascents, but also taking time to enjoy the scenery and the climb. Thanks a lot for the beautiful pictures too!
This was a great 4-day hut-to-hut ski experience in the Pyrenees. The national park of Aiguestortes is beautiful and we had a lot of snow. Martin is a professional and social guide. He makes sure that the trip takes place from a pleasant and secure way. Due to the weather conditions we couldn\'t do the climb to the Montardo and to the Ratera, but Martin organized some alternatives to enjoy the 4 days. We were an international group and could communicate with Martin in English.
Impresionante Martin....te hace alcanzar lo inalcanzable, con una sensación de seguridad increible. Un gran profesional
