Description

The Gorros of Montserrat rise like iconic stone sentinels, their rounded spires home to some of the mountain’s most beloved climbing routes. Among them, the Carles route on Frigi Cap offers the perfect adventure: a 155-meter ascent of moderate difficulty (grades IV to V+, with one exciting pitch at V+). For many climbers, it’s the ideal first taste of a multi-pitch climb—immersing you in Montserrat’s spectacular atmosphere while staying in the hands of an expert guide.

If you’re already an experienced climber and eager for a greater challenge, other inspiring options await—such as the Gómez-Xalmet Via on La Prenyada, a south-facing route that soaks in the winter sun while testing your skills at a higher level.

Throughout the experience, your certified guide will lead the rope and manage every detail, so you can focus entirely on the joy of climbing and the beauty of Montserrat.
