There are many ways to explore the Pyrenees, but canyoning is one of the most complete and fun ones. Come with me on this advanced canyoning adventure in the Benasque region in the Pyrenees, and discover this magical place in the most incredible and fun way.
Canyoning involves a wide range of great activities. On this full day of thrilling surprises we’ll do a little bit of almost everything. From hiking, scrambling, climbing and rappelling to jumping and swimming, I promise the fun will never stop.
I will take you to amazing spots where you’ll be surrounded by lush scenery and beautiful skies. The Benasque valley in la Huesca offers stunning locations. The Barbaruens, Liri and Eristre are just some of the incredible descents we can do while in the Pyrenees.
The Pyrenees are not as crowded and frequented as other places. One of the reasons is that the natural walls for rappelling are longer, and at the beginning of the season there are greater flows and the water is colder. This makes the descents and overall all the activities more technical.
Trekking down a canyon is often a non-technical descent. But, due to the characteristics of the Pyrenees mentioned, this is an advanced trip. Although there are areas more accessible, we’ll be exploring those that require you to be in a good shape and have previous experience.
However, I will make sure you have a great time and be safe. That is why we'll follow all the safety rules necessary.
So if you want to live this unbelievable experience canyoning in Benasque, send me a request. Thrilling rappels, fun jumps, great descents and awesome toboggans are waiting for you.
I also offer this introductory half-day canyoning trip in Sierra de Guara.
