Since childhood the mountain has been my passion and as an adult I have turned it into my profession.
I have been guiding for almost 20 years and I do it with the same enthusiasm as the first day, and that is what I try to convey to my clients, taking care, above all, of safety.

Pico de Aneto summit climb: We were guided to the summit of Pico de Aneto in the Spanish Pyrenees by Gorka Diaz de Corcuera. It was a fantastic climb that was greatly enhanced by Gorka's undoubted skill, experience and knowledge. He paced the walk perfectly, was pleasant throughout, and ensured that we were both safe and sure-footed. Gorka speaks excellent English and so could also provide information and answer our questions easily. A wonderful experience aided by a brilliant guide.
