Description
The Basque Country and Navarra in Spain offer tons of options for a wonderful canyoning trip. Follow me for one or more days exploring some of the beautiful spots in the area.
Some of the options I offer are:
Sintxita Canyon: close to Bilbao, with several rappels and slides. It is at the foothill of Gorbea and surrounded by thick green stunning vegetation.
La Leze Canyon: one of the jewels of the Basque Country. This canyon offers a more challenging trip with caves up to 60 meters high.
Artazulo Canyon: a stunning canyon with a 45 meter high waterfall.
Aguake Canyon: an easier canyon, ideal for beginners or for a family-friendly trip. The canyon ends with a spectacular slide over the Aguake waterfall.
Other possibilities include the Agiñaga, Lizebar, Diablozulo and Arandari Canyons. Let me know about your previous experience, expectations and the amount of time you wish to spend having fun and, together, we’ll choose the right spot for you and your group. Furthermore, on a more extended stay, you also have the option of exploring two or more places.

AEGM Mountain Guide from Spain
Passionate for mountains since I was a kid, at 14 I started climbing in Atxarte (Vizcaya) walls, thanks to some friends. Later I discovered other activities such as canyoning, skiing and ice climbing, which allowed me to enjoy mountains both in summer and in winter.
I travelled around Europe, USA, India, Peru, Marruecos, among others, with the excuse of climbing some peak, wall, or doing some canyoning.
I've been a member of the 'Young Alpinists Technification Team' of the Basque Mountain Federation, and after gaining experience in all mountain disciplines I left behind my job as electronic technician to become a guide in order to pass on my passion and knowledge to others.
