Description
If you already have some sport climbing experience and want to discover the world of multi-pitch walls, then this trip is for you! Join me on a 2-day initiation course in one of the most popular climbing areas in the world: Catalonia, Spain!
During this trip, we will work on skills such as confident route finding, double rope management, setting up anchors, rappelling and the all basic maneuvers of multi-pitch climbing. Additionally, we will practice in 2 or 3-pitch routes. Then, if the group progresses at a nice rhythm, we might also try a 5-pitch objective.
Catalonia has plenty of climbing areas with different technical requirements and different types of rock. The destinations that we usually choose for this 2-day program are some of the most famous around Catalonia. They include Tivissa, Montsant, Montserrat, Puertos de Tortosa-Beceite, Terradets and Vilanova de Meià.
