Type of Trip
If you already have some sport climbing experience and want to discover the world of multi-pitch walls, then this trip is for you! Join me on a 2-day initiation course in one of the most popular climbing areas in the world: Catalonia, Spain!
During this trip, we will work on skills such as confident route finding, double rope management, setting up anchors, rappelling and the all basic maneuvers of multi-pitch climbing. Additionally, we will practice in 2 or 3-pitch routes. Then, if the group progresses at a nice rhythm, we might also try a 5-pitch objective.
Catalonia has plenty of climbing areas with different technical requirements and different types of rock. The destinations that we usually choose for this 2-day program are some of the most famous around Catalonia. They include Tivissa, Montsant, Montserrat, Puertos de Tortosa-Beceite, Terradets and Vilanova de Meià.
So, if you want to learn the basic multi-pitch techniques on this 2-day trip around Catalonia, please contact me! I’ll be glad to help you to improve your climbing skills!
I also offer a traditional climbing introductory course in this same area: check it out!

What happens if the guide cancels the trip because of bad weather/unsuitable conditions?
If bad weather or unsuitable conditions force the guide to cancel the trip, he or she will: a) propose a similar activity at a different place where conditions are better, or b) propose to postpone the activity until a later date, or c) cancel. If you refuse option a), our cancellation policy will apply. Please note, however, that the call to cancel a trip due to bad weather can only be made by the guide (not the client).
What happens if the guide doesn’t show up or cancels for personal reasons?
If the guide cancels for reason of injury or other, you will get a 100% refund on your trip.

About the Guide
I was born and raised in a small village in the heart of Catalonia, epicenter of the best rock climbing routes in the world, climbing in crags like Margalef, Siurana and Montserrat.
Living in a place like this, and traveling all over the world always chasing new climbs, new routes and new adventures, took me to turn my passion into my job and share this adventures with new people.
This is how my business started, and now we are guiding all over Spain, providing the best and personalised rock climbing experiences.
