Sitting in the shadow of the mighty Mont Blanc massif, a Chamonix freeride skiing adventure is the ideal way to spend your next winter holiday!
The idyllic resort town is perfectly situated in the heart of the French Alps and provides great access to many fantastic places for us to enjoy the incredible slopes as well as learn new techniques.
Regardless of your skill level, I will tailor the perfect itinerary to fit your wants and needs. From going over the basics of freeride skiing on virgin powder to mastering hairpin turns and even some jumps, there is no shortage to what we can do.
Depending on weather and snow conditions, we may opt to stay put in Chamonix. However, we will also have the option of heading to Verbier, in Switzerland, Skyway Monte Bianco, on the Italian side of the Mont Blanc massif, and the Aosta Valley, among many others.
Regardless of where we go, we are certain to enjoy some of the best views available in the Alps, ski on plenty of fluffy and high-quality powder and learn new freeride techniques while honing existing ones too.

I’m an Aspirant Guide and member of the British Mountain Guides (BMG) and I am currently working towards obtaining my IFMGA badge.
I was born in Arlington, Virginia, in the United States. Aged 11 I moved to Lewes, East Sussex with my family for a change of scenery. I began climbing on the major sandstone outcrops of Sussex aged 17, but only began to passionately pursue climbing while at university in Nottingham. My passion for climbing, adventure and the odd dose of suffering, led me to move to permanently to Chamonix in 2009.
In the UK I have climbed hundreds of routes up to E4 and Scottish VII.
I have also climbed around one hundred alpine routes, from PDs to EDs.
I first strapped on a pair of planks aged 13 on a school trip to Austria. Within two years, I had reached the rarefied level of Ecole du Ski Francais Deux Etoile, winning several prestigious ski school slalom competitions along the way. This provided a solid foundation upon which to build on, and since living full time in the Alps (fist Tignes, now Chamonix), I have spent an unhealthy amount of time on very steep snowy slopes. In addition to skiing extreme descents, I also very much enjoy lift served freeriding and exploratory backcountry tours.
Feel free to get in touch with me, I'll be happy to guide you and help you reaching your next 'mountain' project ;)
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
