Description

Situated in the heart of the Pyrenees mountains, Berguedà is the perfect spot for rock climbing in Catalonia!

The fun begins after we meet in the church square, in the lovely mountain town of Vallebre, at 9 am.

From here, we will take a quick drive to the trailhead and ascend into a quiet and peaceful climbing environment, right in the natural and beautiful heart of the Catalan Pyrenees.

Over the course of our time together, we will go over basic climbing knots, vertical progression technique and how to belay a partner. As we learn, we will put our skills to the test on a variety of high-quality climbing routes.

To begin the day, we will warm up and review the necessary climbing techniques at the base one the high-quality limestone wall.

The next three hours will be spent making six different ascents up a variety of walls, ranging from 15 to 18 metres (49 to 59 feet) in height.

As we go, we'll be sure to enjoy the incredible views and once we're finished there's also an option to head to a charming rustic restaurant in Vallcebre for lunch.

So what are you waiting for? Book now for this informative and fun half-day course rock climbing in Catalonia!
