Highlights

  • Walk the spectacular "Sweden roof" route between Kebnekaise's two summits

  • Stay in awe at the spectacular views from the highest point in Sweden

  • Enjoy a challenging ascent that is suitable for beginner mountaineers

Join me and reach the highest point in Sweden! During this 4-day program you’ll have the chance to climb both the north and the south summits of Kebnekaise (2099m), the tallest peak in the country.

Due to climate change, the northern summit will soon be the higher of the two – perhaps even this coming summer.

We will first climb to the south summit and from there walk on the spectacular ridge “Sweden’s roof” to the slightly-harder-to-reach northern summit. We then walk across the ridge again to make our way back to the south summit before starting our descent.

Although the Kebnekaise can be climbed in between 9-13 hours, this 3-day program will allow us to reach both summits and and also upgrade our climbing skills on the neighboring rock face ‘Kaipak’

We will stay at Kebnekaise Fjällstation for 3 nights, which will allow us 2 full days in the area. No mountaineering experience is required but you will need a very good physical condition.

I offer this program both privately and for groups (on fixed dates). Join me for a memorable experience on one of Scandinavia’s most famous mountains and enjoy the unique views from Sweden’s roof!
