Description
This program includes two days of trad or sport climbing and two yoga classes in L’Estartit, a charming village in Costa Brava. We are local climbing guides and also yoga instructors and will be happy to guide you on this fun adventure!
The Costa Brava (Spanish for “Wild Coast”) is a coastal region of Catalonia, in northeastern Spain. Stretching from Blanes to the French border, it is a popular holiday destination with warm weather, excellent beaches and rugged cliffs.
L’Estartit is a small town and seaside resort located between the Montgrí Massif and the Mediterranean Sea. Not only is it beautiful, but it also features excellent limestone and granite for rock climbing. Some such spots include Roca Maura and Cap de la Barra.
Furthermore, on this 2-day program we invite you to discover new ways of self-realization. Both days we will have some Sivananda Yoga sessions surrounded by amazing landscapes!
Keep in mind that this trip is open to all levels. However, although you don’t need prior climbing or yoga experience, you do need a good fitness level. We will of course be there to guide you all the way.
