In southeastern Mexico, in the state of Yucatán, we’ll find several areas that reflect the past of this land, such as Mayapan and the Loltun Cavez. Mayapan is an archeological site from the Mayan civilization. Situated near the city of Mérida, it dates from the late Post-Classic period and contains plenty of ancient ruins. Additionally, it also boasts breathtaking views!

Nearby, the Loltun Caves are also stunning with many ruins of human settlements as well as tools and paintings from another time. In addition to its cultural importance, it’s a wonderful natural area to explore too!

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland.
