Would you like to explore an awesome alpine terrain on two wheels? Then join me for one or several days of E-biking around Picos de Europa & Cantabria, Spain!
Picos de Europa is a 20-km long mountain range that belongs to the Cantabrian Mountains in northern Spain. These peaks are shared by the communities of Asturias, Castilla y Leon and Cantabria, which are famous for their stunning combination of mountain and sea.
On this exciting adventure, we will ride through a varied and scenic terrain. The region offer us a great variety of itineraries. If you join me for more than one day, we can experience a lot of different routes! These are some of our options:
Camino Lebaniego, from San Vicente de la Barquera to Santo Toribio de Liébana
Camino Lebaniego through the Nansa Valley
Camino del Norte (Llanes-San Vicente de la Barquera)
Foramontanos Route or Los 10.00 del Soplao (Cabuérniga Valley)
Andara Lake and Mines
The Haibike electric bikes have the solvency of a German brand and a Yamaha support engine. They feature 60 kms of autonomy, and cut the assistance at 25 km/h, as per European e-bike regulations. This will allow us to progress through tracks and trails, but always pedaling! Furthermore, uphill, these bikes can pull up an adult of up to 120 kg.

We did a route on e-bikes and Andrés was our guide. It was so much fun, totally recommended for all levels! He showed us a sequoias forest, beautiful viewpoints, we did geocaching, went to an old mine, and even to a small cave. Andres loves nature and helps you appreciate every detail. For sure we'll do something else with him, he even recommended a great place for dinner, and reserved a spot for us. Thanks for all! 10/10

A perfect day with canoes during the morning, and e-biking in the afternoon, following Andres' routes. The equipment was first-class, and all our questions were answered on time. The weather was great, the views amazing, and we ended having dinner in a restaurant that had an unforgettable fabada. 100% recommended, and I hope I can go back soon!
