Description

We invite you to join us on this family-friendly half-day kayaking adventure in the calm waters of the Arenós Reservoir or Arenoso Reservoir, in Montanejos, a beautiful area in the Castellon province.

The Arenós Reservoir is a place of great natural beauty. Its calm waters allow us to sail with recreational single and double kayaks, an ideal experience for families with children from 5 years old.

If you are staying in Montanejos we will meet in our office at about 10.30. If you come from another village, we will meet at the gas station at the town entrance. From there we will travel together to the reservoir. It is approximately a 15-minute drive.

In the reservoir there is a parking lot for vehicles. If you need to use the changing rooms and toilets you will have to come a little bit in advance. From 11.00 am to 11.30 we will have a short course. We will give you the equipment (life jacket and shovel) and explain how to use it. We will also talk about safety.

From 11.30 to 1.30pm, under the supervision of your guide, you will go kakaying through some beautiful spots in the reservoir. You can play in the water and even jump from some rocks into the water. Once our kayaking tour finishes, we will return to Montanejos, between 1.30am/2.00 pm.

We are a team of experienced kayaking guides, and we all have the IRF Class III certification, title of Aquatic Lifeguard and First Aid. Our Team Leaders also hold the prestigious title of Rescue Technician in Aguas Bravas, awarded by the Rescue3 International Association.

At the end of our adventure, we will give you a photographic report of this great day, which you can download from our Flickr page.
