Highlights

  • Enjoy six days of guided sport climbing on the limestone crags of Calpe and Xaló.
  • Receive personalised coaching adapted to your level, goals, and climbing style.
  • Stay in a private group house near Dénia and enjoy a complete Costa Blanca climbing experience.

Description

Spend a week climbing, learning, and enjoying the Costa Blanca with a small group of people who share your passion for the rock.

Over six guided climbing days, you will explore limestone crags around Calpe and Xaló, with each day adapted to the group’s level, goals, and the conditions. Whether you want to improve your movement, feel more confident on lead, or become more independent at the crag, the coaching will be tailored to help you progress at your own pace.

You will receive practical, personalised feedback on footwork, route reading, pacing, projecting, and lead climbing. The aim is to help you apply each tip directly on the wall, so that routes that initially feel difficult gradually become smoother, more controlled, and more enjoyable.

The retreat also includes a dedicated fear-of-falling session, using progressive exercises and mental strategies to help you manage hesitation and climb with greater confidence. You will also practise useful technical skills such as anchor cleaning, rappelling systems, and basic self-rescue.

Progress is only part of the experience. After climbing, there will be time to swim, relax at the house, explore the local area, enjoy tapas, and share stories over dinner with the rest of the group.

Come and enjoy a full week of world-class limestone climbing, personalised coaching, Mediterranean scenery, and good company on the Costa Blanca.

What people are saying about TRAD

Tyler

Great experience. My guide was very knowledgeable and provided an amazing experience. Trad was accommodating with weather influences. I highly recommend this service.

Matteo

Javi and Teresa have assisted us from the beginning, not only in planning a tailor-made tour, but also pointing us to a local rental for the equipment. Javi is very friendly and highly experienced, a very reliable guide, and we had a great time all together. Sure, we will book with TRAD again if we get back to Lofoten Islands.

Marianne

We had such a good time with Javi! He totally get our wishes and was really motivating

Christopher

Thank you, my trip was amazing, the highlight of going to Lofoten Islands, Trad was great, very knowledgeable, one of the kindest person I've ever met. I will recommend this tour to all my friends and family back home from Massachusetts in the US.
