Full of historical wonder, beauty and significance, Sintra, Portugal is a fantastic place to explore. And, on this hiking adventure, you will get to explore some of the area’s best spots, seeing some of its most stunning highlights.
During this historical hike, we will be trekking along a circular route up the hills and through the forest. The views you will get to enjoy are spectacular. As the day proceeds we will visit the Pena Palace and the Castle of the Moors. Both of these places represent a huge part of history in Portugal that dates back many years. Furthermore, our guides will tell you all about the history of these amazing places. Thus providing you with plenty of information that will make them even more impressive. Afterwards, we will return to Sintra through the Villa Sasseti.
This is not a difficult trip. As a result, it is very family friendly, and people of all levels can enjoy it. However, because the route is approximately 9 kilometers long, you should be in good physical condition.

Thank you explore-share for a wonderful via feratta experience. We have been wanting to learn for a long time but don't have the facilities in Scotland. The guide Mitja was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, answering all my many questions and providing advice.
