Spend a week in the heart of the Andes on an all-inclusive heliskiing adventure outside of Santiago, Chile! This six-day guided program allows you premium access to top-quality powder in the Chilean Central Andes with all of the logistics covered, which means all you have to do is enjoy top notch heliski drops and five-star luxury!
Based out of the Puma Lodge in the Rio Los Cipreses National Park near Santiago, this area is known as the powder capital of the Andes and one of the best places for an immersive heliskiing program. The entire valley is surrounded by jagged peaks, steep couloirs, narrow tree lines, and open glades. As far as skiing goes, it is difficult to imagine a more compelling area to put your skills to the test and enjoy untouched snow as far as the eye can see.
The immense beauty of the region is just as impressive as the landscape itself. There are multiple rivers, including the Cipreses River and Cachapoal River, as well as the Maipo Valley and its surroundings. Blanketed in the iconic Andean snow, the entire area is a winter wonderland with picturesque panoramas of the O’Higgins Region and beyond.
Your program doubles down on its allure with an all-inclusive stay at the Puma Lodge, a five-star accommodation next to the Maipo Valley. Not only does it offer premiere access to over 100 hectares of skiable terrain for your heliskiing program, it boasts state of the art amenities to rejuvenate after a long day of skiing and everything else apres-ski.
Your program gives you six full days in some of the Andes’ most sought-after terrain. There are few limits to our access because of the quality drops from the chopper. The abundance of terrain also allows us to shape the program around the needs of the group, taking on runs based on your needs and abilities. It’s proximity to Santiago makes it accessible without compromising the ski-friendly perks of a remote location.
After a day on the slopes, we will retire to the lodge and take advantage of the spa and sauna facilities to relax in style. The Puma Lodge includes a fitness center and gym, climbing wall, game room, outdoor hot tub and pool, and so much more. However you choose to recharge for the next day of heliskiing, you can count on a spacious room that combines luxury and comfort for an invigorating night’s sleep.
With two groups participating in the program, that leaves six hours of flight time for each group, which is more than enough to experience the light and dry powder that makes the terrain of the Andes so desirable. If you want a completely private week for your group, including a total of ten hours of flight time, we can also arrange a program for an additional €3,700. Let me know what you are interested in and we can craft the perfect heliskiing experience for you and your group.
You should be in great shape to take on the challenges of the Chilean backcountry, with a proficiency and comfort to ski multiple days in the snow. We can help design a trip based on the goals of the group, so everyone is encouraged to join and experience the one-of-a-kind terrain and views from the heart of the Chilean Andes.
Book this unforgettable heliskiing program into the Central Chilean Andes NOW and spend a week outside of Santiago on the perfect blend of exhilarating skiing and stylish comfort based out of the Puma Lodge!
We can also switch gears and try a six-day heliskiing program in Uco Valley, Argentina!
You will arrive in Santiago where a representative will guide you to your transport via van or helicopter to the Puma Lodge. I will meet with you at the lodge for a gear check and briefing, as well as a safety clinic with avalanche beacon instruction.
After a hearty breakfast, we will head into the Andes and get accustomed to the incredible terrain. With runs starting at over 4,500 meters, it is a great day for learning the ropes of the Chilean landscape and getting ready for your week ahead.
After a full day of heliskiing, we will return to the Puma Lodge and bask in the luxurious amenities that await us.
The rest of the week will bring us back again and again into the heights of the Andes. As we become more familiar with the terrain and the elevation, we can start to push higher into the mountains and look for fresh powder to pioneer.
If anyone needs a break to rest their bones from the incredible skiing, there are options on the fifth day to explore nearby hot springs, go horseback riding, or simply hang back at the lodge and enjoy a day off the slopes.
After our final unforgettable runs in the Andes, we will pack up from the Puma Lodge and head to a five-star hotel in Santiago for our last night. Take in the sights and sounds of Chile’s capital while looking back on the best heliskiing trip of your life!

Great guides, great equipment, amazed about how good food was. All round a very experienced and top end operator who know what they are doing and will maximise your chances of getting to the summit. Reaching top Aconcagua was one of greatest highlights of my life thank you Aventuras Patagonicas.

From the start Aventuras Patagonicas was welcoming, which set the trip up on the right foot. The guides, Wes, Lucia and Sebastian were all excellent and worked very hard to get the group of climbers safely up and down the mountain. The food was excellent and well organized. The gear provided on the mountain (tents) were also of good quality. I would climb again with Patagonicas.

I did a 20 day climb of Aconcagua with this company. The guides were excellent and made the trip as enjoyable as possible. We had hot meals every evening and morning. Aconcagua is a hard mountain and it takes a great deal of effort to reach the top. The guides at Patagonicas are committed to each client's safety on the mountain. I would recommend them over any other company on the mountain.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
