Join me as I take you on a half-day guided canyoning tour of fun and adventure at one of the most spectacular sites in Spain.
Located in the town of Pozo Alcón in the natural park of Sierra de Cazorla, La Bolera is one spot that cannot be missed. The park is the largest protected area in Spain and has one of the most beautiful ravines in the region. You’ll have several opportunities to jump, rappel and slide in its clear water.
We’ll begin this adventure from the city of Granda. This beautiful city is located in the foothills of the Sierra Nevada mountains in Spain’s Andalusia region. From here, we’ll head towards our canyoning site, La Bolera, a reservoir on the Guadalentín river. Here, I’ll brief you about the techniques and the use of the equipment and then begins your adventure!
Experience the thrill and adrenaline rush as you rappel and brave the famous “marmite trap”. You’ll also enjoy spectacular landscapes all along!
And the best part, you don’t need previous ravine experience to enjoy this trip. It is ideal for beginners and you will learn everything you need with me.
So, give your canyoning a jump start! Book now for an incredible experience of rappelling and sliding in La Bolera. Looking for some more adventure? I also guide this caving and rappelling trip in the Sima de Nivar.

I'm a lover of adventure sports, with 23 years of experience in almost all its modalities. My passion is climbing, although my profession is more focused on another of my passions: the canyoning. I'm ICOpro Instructor (the only one in Spain), which allows me to join my two passions, sport and teaching.
I have climbed and done canyoning in many countries of the world like Indonesia, Morocco, Argentina, France, Switzerland and India. And what my travels have truly taught me is that what really matters is the people and what they can teach me. I learn from each of the people I lead and I love that.
Stay up-to-date on the best adventures.
