Description

On your next visit to the Haute Savoie, take this ski touring and freeride day trip in Les Contamines-Montjoie. This is a great plan if you already have previous ski touring experience. Take a chance and improve you skiing skills this season!

Les Contamines-Montjoie is a very traditional village located at the base of Mont Blanc. The snow conditions in its surroundings are exceptional! You can experience powder snow in the northern area in powder, and transformed snow in the southern area. Join me as we go on short climbs with skins for some great descents.

For this program, I will provide the technical equipment (rope and harness), as well as safety gear (DVA, shovel and probe).

I can take groups of up to 4 skiers, who need to have previous ski touring experience. Plus, skiers as from 12 years old are welcome.

Mountain Guide

The Jura massif is an ideal place to learn and grow your experience in alpine techniques. I practice mountaineering, ski touring and ice climbing in the winter. I am also located very close to the Swiss and French alpine massifs.

First, I started as a ski rescuer. My passion for skiing and climbing helped me discover the classic routes in the mythical summits of the Alps. The first mountain courses I went on with friends as a guide - which I did with a lot of effort, doubts and perseverance - were much needed to build my experience. Still, they also gave me a lot of joy, and I was able to pursue them while laughing and creating beautiful moments shared.

My experience and terrain knowledge will allow you to move safely and enjoy your time, without a promise of the summit but of sharing a privileged and unique moment in the mountains.

Finally, I'm a fully certified IFMGA mountain guide.
